companies and organizations. The specific format of each project is,
of course, determined according to your needs and characteristics.

have worked on each specific activity described. In total, SIT has
worked with over 500 organizations- big and small - around the
world.]
New Product
Development Projects/ New Promise Development Projects -
Apply SIT thinking tools to generate ideas for new products,
for new services or to generate new marketing promises. The method's
highly structured process and built-in filters help to ensure that
ideas meet the triple goals of using existing resources where
possible, rapid implementation and genuine innovation in the market
place. [Creo-Scitex, Eastman Kodak, Kraft Foods, Masco, Philips
Consumer Electronics, Procter & Gamble, Rubbermaid, SEBanken,
Tivall]
MarCom
– SIT workshops are designed to enhance the way a company promotes
and delivers its message towards specific target groups. A company
can also use SIT jointly with its ad agency, building the brand,
focusing the message, and improving campaigns. [IBM Israel,
Johnson & Johnson, Orbotech, Philips CE]
Problem Solving
Projects
– Present-day SIT has grown out of a technological problem solving
theory (TRIZ), making problem solving one of the strongest facets of
the SIT method. SIT problem solving can be applied to a wide range
of issues, from technology and marketing to human resources.
[Applied Materials, Johnson & Johnson, Orbotech, Plastro-Gvat, Teva
Pharmaceuticals]
Strategy
Development Sessions
– The method's tools
can be used for strategic planning, coming up with alternative uses
of existing company resources, reappraisal of marketing ideas, new
distribution channels, decisions regarding product lines and
categories, and interesting pricing structures. [IBM Israel,
Orange Mobile Phones]
Idea Management
– Various
reasons (market, financial, technological, or production
considerations) can keep a good idea off the shelf. SIT applies a
structured development process to reconfigure the idea and its
implementation into a marketable product. [Orange, Osem Nestle]
Organizational
Innovation Training –
Train your employees
in one or more of the relevant SIT courses and follow a program that
will enable them to implement the tools in their work. Conduct
workshops in which participants learn to break mental fixedness
through inventive thinking, learn new cognitive thinking tools, and
how to implement them. [Alliance Data Systems, Ericsson Erisoft
(Sweden), Telrad, Tnuva, Wausau Mosinee]

interactive workshops and seminars where participants learn new
cognitive thinking tools and a unique approach to innovation.
